MAKRO is a large scale macroeconomic model of the Danish economy with short and long run predictive capabilities. One of the main purposes of MAKRO is to characterize the government budget balance, and how it responds to shocks and policy changes.
The model represents work in progress. Many details may change during the next few years, but the overall structure is in place. This documentation is a description of the model version as of November 2021.
